Paralegal - Minnesota Business and Real Estate

Zirtual has partnered with a top Minnesota law firm to find a qualified 1099 remote paralegal for their office. Our company offers law firms practice area-specific, experienced virtual paralegals across the US, who strive to meet and exceed attorney and client needs. Paralegals are vital members of Zirtual, serving as the main point of contact with their clients, working independently, and supported by an Account Supervisor.

The paralegal will provide high-level professional services by handling assigned tasks and projects efficiently and with high quality. They must communicate proactively with clients and supervisors, be available during agreed-upon business hours, and maintain detailed client profiles. Time entry, responsiveness, and adherence to best practices are essential.

Position Summary

• Remote Minnesota business and real estate paralegal focusing on agricultural clients
• Part-time, 20 hours per month
• Must have Minnesota business and real estate experience and be able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Business Formation & Corporate Documents: entity set-ups (LLCs), operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, articles of incorporation, asset transfers
• Real Estate Support: title and deed searches, drafting deeds, residential real estate preparations, agricultural land transactions, internal title research

Additional Assets

• Experience with WealthCounsel for document drafting
• Familiarity with agricultural clients and industry-specific documents
• Understanding of VPN server access for remote work

Requirements

• Paralegal experience handling Minnesota business and real estate for 3+ years
