Clark Hill PLC is seeking aParalegal with 2+ years of experience for its warranty litigation practicegroup. The Paralegal will work exclusively on a team defending automobilemanufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. All candidates must possessexcellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, superior written andoral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironment. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificatewill be considered.

Responsibilities For This Include The Following

• Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents
• Collecting, organizing, and summarizing medical and other records including production and discovery responses
• Assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation
• Managing commercial litigation files from intake to settlement
  
  

The salary range at the time of posting is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
