Hall & Evans, LLC, a well-established Denver defense law firm, seeks a Paralegal Manager for our Downtown Denver office. The role oversees and manages the paralegal team, including hiring, performance reviews, and productivity monitoring, with a 1,000-hour annual billable requirement.
The position starts in person for 90 days and may move to a hybrid schedule. Requires 3+ years of management and multi-state civil litigation experience, plus strong writing and organizational skills.

The Paralegal Manager oversees and has direct management responsibility for the Paralegal team. This responsibility includes hiring new paralegals, managing Paralegal performance, overseeing time management, and writing/delivering performance feedback and reviews. Day to day, the Paralegal Manager will monitor productivity, provide support and guidance with day-to-day work questions, processes & procedures, and job training & development. The Paralegal Manager ensures Paralegal teams run smoothly, meet all requirements and deadlines as assigned, and supports all practice areas as needed. The Paralegal Manager will have an annual billable hour requirement of 1,000 hours.
This position will be in person for 90 days, with the ability to move to a Hybrid schedule.
The hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 annually.
