Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in employment litigation.
• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification.
• Strong document drafting and discovery support skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial case assessments and gather relevant documents.
• Coordinate custodians and witnesses for interviews.
• Draft chronologies of facts, documents, and events.
• Assist with discovery and early case assessment under supervision.
• Prepare responses to information requests and subpoenas.
• Liaise between outside counsel, in-house counsel, and internal clients.
• Coordinate document/data delivery to counsel or agencies.
• Support in preparing internal reports and presentations.
• Maintain matter-management systems and compliance projects.
