Job summary

Yardi is seeking a Paralegal to support our in-house legal team, coordinating with attorneys and outside counsel. You will manage litigation matters, subpoenas, discovery, and regulatory alerts while keeping files organized in Yardi and related systems.

You will calendar deadlines, perform factual research, and assist with contract reviews, NDAs, and data requests. Strong communication and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
• Prior corporate or law-firm paralegal work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Solid research abilities and strong written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and organize data.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation, subpoenas, and discovery with in-house attorneys and outside counsel.
• Calendar deadlines, conduct factual research, and assist with data identification.
• Monitor regulatory alerts and industry updates affecting operations.
• Assist with contract review, NDAs, and client/vendor relations in Yardi system.
