Job summary

Kubota Tractor Corporation in Grapevine, TX seeks a Paralegal to support the Legal Department, focusing on vendor onboarding, contract management, and financial services compliance. You will assist with NDAs, contracts, and data maintenance, while coordinating with outside counsel and ensuring timely invoicing and governance processes.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Business/Legal Studies or related field; paralegal certification preferred, and 0–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 0-3 years of related experience with a degree; 3-5 years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager VMO on contract terms.
• Create, update, and maintain contracts, NDAs, work orders from internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of contracts and VMO processes and maintaining related databases.
• Support legal compliance projects, legislative tracking and advice to clients.
• Support litigation management for matters affecting financial services affiliates, including interaction with clients and outside counsel.
• Handle subpoenas and adversarial matters.
• Work with outside legal counsel support ensuring timely completion of projects and ensuring that invoice is completed properly.
• Support Treasury corporate finance transactions.
• Support finance affiliates corporate governance, including annual reports and license renewals.
• Coordinate KCC Policies and Procedures, including process and substantive review.
• Other duties as assigned.
