Qualifications

• Experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation in state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of Attorneys/Paralegals to meet Firm/client needs.
• Handle multiple voluminous cases in state and federal court and other states.
• Assist in discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations.
• Prepare petitions, answers, discovery, motions, pre-trial motions, memos, waivers, briefs, records, and client correspondence.
• Compile deposition and trial notebooks, client interviews, pleadings, and discovery materials.
• Proofread and format all materials accurately.
• Provide assistance to other Paralegals to meet firm/client needs.
• Prioritize workload to support team and goals.
