Job summary

CIPRIANI & WERNER P.C. is seeking a General Liability Paralegal for our Woodbridge Office in Iselin, NJ. This in-person role requires independent subpoena preparation, discovery review, and strong record collection skills.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of NY defense paralegal experience, familiarity with NJ/NY cases, NY NYCHA/E-track filing, and ProLaw/PACER proficiency. We offer comprehensive benefits and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a New York defense paralegal required.
• Must have experience working both NJ and NY cases; NY NYCHA/E-track filing system, NJ ECourts and PACER preferred.
• Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident and product liability preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.

This is an in-person position.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
