Job summary

Cipriani & Werner P.C. in Blue Bell, PA seeks a General Liability Paralegal to support an insurance defense practice. The role requires drafting and filing motions, preparing subpoenas, reviewing discovery, depositions, and medical records, plus scheduling IMEs and managing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or work experience equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal experience.
• Experience proactively handling an attorney’s case list.
• Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident and product liability preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.

The Philadelphia Office in Blue Bell, PA is looking for a General Liability Paralegal to join our growing team.

• Must be able to independently prepare subpoenas, review and summarize discovery responses, deposition transcripts, and medical records completely.

This is an in-person position.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
