Job summary

Cipriani & Werner P.C. is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal for our Lancaster, Pennsylvania office. This in-person position supports a busy WC practice, handling discovery, medical records, and IME coordination.

Requirements include at least 3 years of WC Paralegal experience and a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred). Proficiency in MS Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management is desirable.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of WC Paralegal experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills; able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Work with medical providers and obtain medical records.
• Work with experts and schedule IMEs.
• Inspections and other expert discovery.

Position Requirements:

• At least 3 years of WC Paralegal experience required.

• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is an in-person position.

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
