Midi Health in Remote U.S. is seeking a Paralegal, Corporate & Regulatory Compliance to support regulatory filings, entity management, equity administration, and finance coordination.

You will help keep Midi and its affiliated entities in good standing across multiple states while collaborating with Legal, Finance, People, and outside counsel. The role requires a detail-driven, proactive professional who manages deadlines from intake to completion, escalates to attorneys when needed, and thrives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in law firms or in-house.
• Hands-on entity management across multiple states and annual reports.
• Equity administration experience using Carta, Shareworks, or similar.
• Experience with Finance on audits, tax filings, equity reporting, or legal spend.
• Healthcare or regulated industry background is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and track regulatory filings under attorney supervision.
• Maintain central compliance calendar with deadlines and renewals.
• Oversee entity management, registered agent coordination, and governance docs.
• Administer Midi’s equity program and track vesting and 83(b) elections.
• Coordinate with Finance on valuations, reporting, and diligences.
• Serve as liaison between Legal and Finance on various matters.
