AppleOne Employment Services, partnering with a respected Bakersfield law firm, seeks a seasoned paralegal. The role offers $50-90K DOE and a clear path to meaningful, high-impact work with attorneys.

You will draft and finalize documents, manage case files and deadlines, assist with substantive tasks, handle client intake, and keep workflows organized in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paralegal experience; 7–10+ years strongly preferred.
• Paralegal certificate required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong drafting and case management skills.
• Knowledge of corporate law and transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal systems.
