ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Tulsa, OK seeks a paralegal/legal administrative specialist to manage contracts and legal documents, maintain databases, and support compliance initiatives. This on-site role partners with internal teams and outside counsel to keep contracts, records, and deadlines accurate and accessible.
The ideal candidate has a 2-year degree or paralegal certification, strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), and experience with contract administration.
Preparing legal documents such as contracts (Distributor, Supply, Vendor Agreements), correspondence, memos, charts, and timelines
Managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, renewing, and maintaining contract records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Maintaining and administering legal databases, contract repositories, and document management systems to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and proper record retention
Establishing, organizing, and maintaining department files, calendars, deadlines, and task lists to support ongoing legal matters
Conducting investigations, research, and analysis related to legal claims and other matters
Assisting executive leadership and their respective departments with training, compliance initiatives, and related documentation to support organizational requirements
Acting as a liaison with internal departments to facilitate communication and ensure alignment with company objectives
Communicating with outside counsel and consultants to support case management and monitor progress on complex matters
Utilizing Legal Practice Management Software to track documents, deadlines, workflows, contracts, and legal matters
Generating reports and maintaining accurate records related to contracts, litigation, corporate governance, and compliance activities
Performing additional duties as assigned to support departmental needs
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and court procedures
Experience with legal research, contract administration, contract review, and/or corporate legal training
Experience maintaining databases, document management systems, or legal matter management software
Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and recordkeeping skills with a high level of attention to detail
