An established industry player is seeking a Paralegal/Contract Specialist to join their dynamic team in Newberg, Oregon. Responsibilities
This position is responsible for working directly with internal stakeholders on drafting, negotiation, assessment, and total lifecycle management of the contract management at HBFF. The Paralegal/Contract Specialist shall also be responsible for the administration of the contract management system. The Paralegal/Contract Specialist must possess strong communication and collaboration skills and have the ability to effectively manage a demanding workload in the execution of multiple concurrent projects across geographic and organizational boundaries.
Serve as the point of contract and liaison for all stakeholders on contractual matters and provide contract-related guidance to all stakeholders
