Job description

US Federal Solutions (USFS) is an ISO 9001 management consulting firm headquartered in the National Capital Region, with offices in 12 US states. Founded in 2010, USFS provides services in financial management, acquisition management, program management, and data analytics to federal and state governments. We are seeking Acquisition Professionals to support the US Air Force.

Requirements:
  1. 6 years of experience in Federal Acquisition supporting the DOD
  2. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 24 Business Credits
  3. Active DOD Secret Security Clearance
  4. FAC-C or DAWIA Certification
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in developing and maintaining administrative management tools, templates, training, and program governance and reporting.
  2. Ensure all administrative support efforts comply with governance principles, statutes, policies, and regulations.
  3. Support AFAMS and AFDW/PK in managing acquisition contracts in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Provide administrative support during the Requirements Planning Phase, including documentation and stakeholder coordination.
  5. Develop, review, and maintain documentation for acquisition projects.
  6. Assist in providing feedback and staying informed on environmental and program changes.
  7. Serve as an administrative advisor to management and personnel to improve processes and strategies.
  8. Maintain relationships with stakeholders and participate in planning meetings.
  9. Develop and manage requirement packages and related documentation.
  10. Manage acquisition data and produce reports for analysis and decision-making.
  11. Maintain and develop templates and business rules for acquisition processes.
  12. Assist with administrative duties related to documentation, policy, and process improvements.
  13. Support virtual meetings and update organizational SharePoint pages quarterly.
Work Schedule, Location, and Travel:
  • Remote work with occasional access to a secure government facility.
  • Standard hours are 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.
Security Clearance:
  • US Citizenship
  • Fully adjudicated DoD Secret clearance or higher
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree with 24 credits in Business from an accredited institution
  2. At least six years of DOD contracting experience
  3. FAC-C or DAWIA Level I certification, or equivalent (e.g., CFCM, APDP Level I)
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  5. Active Secret security clearance at hire and throughout the contract
