Job summary

Scale Up Staffing is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a US law firm. You will draft pleadings, organize case files, conduct research, and manage e-filing across court portals.

Ideal candidates have US law firm experience, strong legal writing and research skills, and bilingual English/Spanish ability. This is a full-time role requiring US business hours and meticulous case management. Competitive hourly pay, PTO, sick leave, and referral bonus offered.

What We\'re Looking For:

• Required: Prior experience at a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company
• Solid understanding of litigation procedures and civil court processes
• Comfortable in case management systems
• E-filing portal experience is a plus
• U.S. law experience background strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 English or higher)
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Available to work U.S. business hours
