Job summary

American Dream Law Office, PLLC is seeking a qualified independent contractor to prepare and file immigration cases remotely, aligned with U.S. Eastern time.

You will handle forms, evidence packets, RFEs and NOIDs, and court filings, draft declarations and motions, and own deadlines without reminders, ensuring timely submissions and client communication.

Qualifications

• Immigration filings you have prepared personally — not supervised, not proofread.
• High proficiency in English.
• Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese on top of it is worth real weight.
• A reliable connection, steady power, and a workspace you can concentrate in.
• The judgment to bring a legal question to the attorney instead of answering it.
