Job summary

American Dream Law Office, PLLC is seeking a fully remote intake specialist based outside the United States and aligned to U.S. Eastern time for an independent contractor engagement.

You will answer calls, listen to callers, collect facts, and book consultations, while recognizing urgent matters for same-day escalation and never providing legal advice. The role requires high English proficiency and comfort with callers speaking Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

What the role is

• An independent contractor engagement, worked on U.S. Eastern time.
• Answering the phone, listening, getting the facts, and booking the consultation.
• Recognising the call that cannot wait - a detention, a deadline - and escalating it the same day.
• Never giving legal advice. That is the attorney’s job, and the line matters.

What we are looking for

• High proficiency in English, and the composure to stay clear on a hard call.
• Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese - most of our callers are not calling in English.
• Experience turning inquiries into booked appointments, and having been measured on it.
• A reliable connection and a private space you can take calls from.
