Job summary

American Dream Law Office, PLLC, a Tampa immigration firm, seeks a salaried associate to manage your own docket, consultations, and merits hearings. You will handle removal defense and crimmigration work, including family and business petitions, and supervise paralegals and legal assistants on your cases.

Immigration is the sole practice here, with a potential path to running a practice group as the firm grows. Florida-admitted attorneys with EOIR experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Admission and good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Immigration experience with EOIR practice preferred.
• Enjoys running consultations and signing clients.
• Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese at client level is an advantage.
