• Ability to draft routine legal documents for review and use by attorneys, including draft discovery responses.
• Proficiency with document review databases and platforms; experience with Relativity and CaseMap preferred.
• Experience with time entry and client billing; electronic filing in state and federal courts.

• Coordinate and handle requests between multiple parties involved.
• Complete executive summaries.
• Manage documents and process for guardianship and next of kin matters.
• Trial and deposition preparation; Westlaw research; MS Word/Outlook/Excel proficiency.
• Proficiency in electronic filing in state and federal courts.

Actual salaries will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset.
