At Gallagher, we help clients face risk with confidence, and that commitment starts with strong internal governance. The Corporate Governance Paralegal supports the in‑house Legal Department with a primary focus on corporate governance, entity management, legal entity consolidation, and maintenance of corporate records.
This position works closely with the Director, Legal Entity management, attorneys, and cross‑functional business partners to help ensure accurate governance documentation, timely filings, and effective legal support across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
