Job summary

The Bachrach Group (TBG) seeks a Corporate Paralegal to join its Legal & Compliance team in New York. You will work with in-house counsel on governance, regulatory reporting, and securities matters within a sophisticated global environment.

You will support legal entity management, document control, and compliance initiatives, coordinating with senior executives and cross-functional teams to advance strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with governance matters for domestic and international affiliated entities, including coordinating board and committee activities and preparing meeting materials.
  • Support the preparation and filing of public company disclosures and regulatory submissions.
  • Help manage compliance-related reporting requirements and communications with regulatory and exchange authorities.
  • Maintain corporate records, entity documentation, governance files, and official company books.
  • Coordinate director and officer documentation, certifications, and annual compliance processes.
  • Partner with legal and business teams on corporate transactions, restructurings, securities offerings, and other significant organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with contract administration, including review and tracking of commercial agreements and confidentiality arrangements.
  • Oversee the execution, organization, and retention of legal and corporate documentation.
  • Maintain subsidiary information, organizational structures, and legal entity databases across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support the implementation and administration of corporate compliance programs and internal policies.

  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional presence with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, board members, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning new systems and technologies.
