Job summary

Synergy Legal in Utah seeks a civil litigation associate to represent injured clients from intake through resolution, building cases and negotiating with insurers. You will carry your own caseload with strong team support.

Requirements include a J.D. and active Utah bar membership, 1–4 years of civil litigation or personal injury experience, and excellent negotiation and written advocacy skills. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

• J.D. degree and active Utah bar membership or eligibility to waive in.
• 1–4 years of civil litigation or personal injury experience.
• Strong negotiation and written advocacy skills.
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured clients from intake through resolution, building cases, negotiating with insurers, and advocating in and out of the courtroom.
• Support attorneys across the life of a case: drafting, records, discovery, and keeping clients informed.
• Be the first voice a client hears. Gather the facts, set expectations, and open the file.
