ALEKMAN DITUSA LLC in Springfield, MA is seeking a Bi-Lingual Spanish Legal Assistant/Paralegal to listen to clients' stories, assess needs, and move them toward decisions that improve their lives.

You will handle client intakes, scheduling, and correspondence, work with a cloud-based case management system, and collaborate with a supportive team. Undergraduate degree required; Spanish/English bilingualism preferred; legal experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and visitors, both in person and by phone or Zoom.
• Answering calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Scheduling appointments and checking our current database for potential conflicts of interest.
• Conducting phone, Zoom and in-person client intakes when applicable.
• Maintaining a tracking system in our cloud-based case management system.
• Being detailed and organized.
• Thinking on your feet and learning quickly about new laws and procedures.
• Following instructions and policies, and working as a team player with integrity.
