You will work with a dedicated paralegal and staff, mentored through every stage from second to first chair at trial, and have opportunities for a career with mix of balance and drive.

Job description

We are looking for attorneys who want to be in court Hoyer Law is actively seeking litigation attorneys who are ready to handle family law cases from petition to trial. We serve families across Washington and Utah counties, and all counties surrounding them. Our attorneys handle all aspects of a case including mediation negotiations, depositions, hearings and trial.

Hoyer Law was founded in late 2015 by attorney Casey Hoyer and his wife and business partner, Analia Hoyer, who serves as general manager. Together, they have built a firm known for attentive client service and strong advocacy from start to finish, supported by a team that relies on proven systems and processes to work efficiently.

You litigate. We handle the rest.

Many family law firms expect their attorneys to "eat what they kill" and bring in their own clients. We don't. Our marketing and intake systems keep a steady flow of new cases coming to you. A dedicated collections team keeps our collection rate near 100%, so you're never chasing unpaid bills.

You'll work alongside one of the best-trained support teams in the state. Your paralegal and staff work closely with you every day, so nothing falls through the cracks. There is no winging it at our office.

We take cases to trial, and we can mentor you too

We are one of the few firms willing to take a case all the way to trial when that is what the client needs. We'll mentor you through every stage of a case, from second to first chair at trial, and even send you to trial school when you are ready.

You can choose balance or drive.

Hoyer Law is committed to limiting the number of cases assigned to each attorney to maintain life/work balance. However, we welcome driven attorneys who push towards earning billable bonuses and maximize their earnings. We have also implemented lower billable months to allow for family vacations and holidays.

The cases you'll work on

We are selective about the cases we accept. You will carry a manageable caseload, which gives you time to prepare well and do strong work. Our cases are often complex, involving business interests, significant assets, and contested custody. Our clients are able to pay for quality representation.

Compensation Package

• Starting salary:$155,000+( (depending on experience), PLUS
• Monthly billing bonuses for billing overages
