Responsibilities
- Coordinate with outside counsel and consultants on foreign fund registrations and distribution arrangements
- Draft fund offering documents including country-specific supplements, and managing version control and translations
- Respond to due diligence and anti-money-laundering requests
- Review marketing materials for compliance with competing regulatory standards
- Prepare electronic and printed board materials for quarterly meetings of foreign funds and international affiliates
- Execute routine international regulatory filings
- Oversee electronic and paper document management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of paralegal experience at a law firm focused on corporate or finance clients
- Exposure to fund, investment management, or regulatory experience
- Paralegal experience at an international firm a plus
- Strong research skills
- Strong oral, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Salary Range
$90,000 – $100,000
