• Draft fund offering documents and managing versions.
• Respond to due diligence and anti-money-laundering requests.
• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
• Prepare materials for quarterly meetings of foreign funds.
• Execute routine international regulatory filings.
• Oversee document management.
