Job summary

Cipriani & Werner P.C. is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal for its Mount Laurel, NJ office. The role requires handling discovery demands, medical record coordination, and scheduling IMEs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of paralegal experience, proficiency with ProLaw and MS Office 365, and strong communication skills. This in-person position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including insurance, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of legal experience as a paralegal.
• Experience with summarizing medical records is required.

The Mount Laurel Office in Mt. Laurel, NJ is looking for a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our growing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Discovery demands and responses.
• Work with medical providers and obtain medical records.
• Work with experts and schedule IMEs.
• Inspections and other expert discovery.

Position Requirements:

• At least 5 years of legal experience as a paralegal.
• Experience with summarizing medical records is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is an in-person position.

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
