Job summary

Cipriani & Werner P.C. in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a General Liability Paralegal for an in-person role. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of insurance defense litigation paralegal experience, and be capable of handling a busy case list with independent judgment.

Responsibilities include drafting subpoenas, reviewing discovery, scheduling IMEs, and performing searches. Competitive benefits and a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree or work experience equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal experience.
• Experience proactively handling an attorney’s case list required.
• Experience in commercial motor vehicle defense, UM/UIM, premises liability, construction accident and product liability preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
• Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is an in-person position.

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
