The Mass Tort Paralegal will assist attorneys with fact investigation, legal research, document preparation, database management, docketing, and client service, focusing on California asbestos practice. Responsibilities include discovery, deposition prep, investigation, trial and mediation prep, factual analysis, pleadings, motions, briefs, document management, scheduling, and trial participation.
Essential functions include:
Core requirements include excellent service and communication skills, professionalism, organization, teamwork, judgment, confidentiality, and leadership abilities.
Position-specific requirements include asbestos/toxic tort litigation experience, a Paralegal Certificate or related degree, or equivalent training.
