Paralegal - Personal Injury

Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with clients from the beginning of the case through the pre-litigation process.
2. Coordinate with treating doctors and medical providers.
3. Prepare and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Assist attorneys in pre-litigation activities.
5. Identify, research, and analyze relevant laws and legal issues.
6. Track case progress and deadlines, updating attorneys accordingly.
7. Utilize case management software and database systems to organize and manage case information.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Three years of personal injury pre-litigation paralegal experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Results-oriented with a proactive approach to case management.
• Ability to handle large and complex caseloads.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Must be diligent, positive, and able to work in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and advance is essential. Pay is commensurate with experience, with bonus opportunities. Insurance benefits are provided after a 90-day probation period.

**Note:** Must have law firm experience. Personal injury experience is required.
