Job description

Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal in Anchorage, AL.

This is a full-time, remote, non-exempt position. The base schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

What You'll Do:
  1. Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
  2. Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior law firm experience (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of civil litigation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (e.g., JST preferred).
