The Paralegal is responsible for supporting high‑volume residential real‑estate transactions from contract through closing. This role plays a critical part in due diligence, including reviewing title and Homeowners Association (HOA) governing documents, resolving title issues, and ensuring properties are delivered with clean, insurable title. The Paralegal partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive efficient, compliant, and timely closings.
The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $38.54 to $48.16 hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
This position is not bonus‑eligible. This position is eligible to receive discretionary stock.
