American Homes 4 Rent, LP is seeking a Leasing Agent to serve as the primary sales representative and drive occupancy through consultative selling and lease conversion. You will present housing options, respond to inquiries, and guide applicants through the leasing journey with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, three years of sales or customer-facing experience, and a valid State Real Estate License.

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $21.09 to $25.30 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
This position is eligible to receive monthly bonus payments.
