Job summary

A national specialty litigation firm located in Beachwood, Ohio, is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong teamwork mentality and excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in trial preparation and writing motions. A Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate are required. Qualifications

• Must successfully pass a background/drug screen.
• Experience working with paperless files is a plus.
• Familiarity with performing research tasks using web-based legal research services.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with the preparation of a civil case for trial.
• Write motions including oppositions to motions and discovery motions.
• Organize and prioritize numerous tasks under time constraints.
