Job summary

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Atlanta office. This in-office role requires teamwork, excellent communication, and ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be adept at organizing complex materials, summarizing records, and supporting attorneys through civil case preparation. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate, plus experience with paperless files (iManage) and strong research

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from ABA approved program required.
  • Must pass background and drug screening.
  • Experience with paperless files (iManage) is plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with the preparation of civil cases for trial.
  • Summarize medical and employment records; create medical chronologies.
  • Summarize discovery responses and prepare meet and confer correspondence.
  • Motion writing experience, including oppositions and discovery motions.

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP is a nationally recognized Am Law 200 law firm with over 500 attorneys servicing clients in 40 offices and 22 states seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Atlanta office.
