Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• One of: passing an approved Paraeducator assessment; or associate degree or higher; or 72 quarter credits / 48 semester credits at 100 level+; or completion of a registered paraeducator apprenticeship.
• Upon hire, provide HS diploma/transcripts and official post-secondary transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering educational programs to individuals or small groups in various settings.
• Work in general or special education classrooms, community sites, and vocational sites on or off campus.
• May supervise recess, bus arrivals/dismissals, and lunchroom activities daily.
