Edmonds School District is seeking a paraeducator to support classrooms and other learning environments. You will collaborate with certificated staff, assist with instructional tasks, and monitor student progress and safety.

Role is non-continuing for the 2026-2027 school year with a 2.0-hour daily schedule across a 181-day calendar. Non-exempt classification applies, with benefits described for eligible employees.

Formación

• Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Meet one of the following: associate degree or higher, or 72 quarter credits / 48 semester credits at 100 level or higher, or completed an approved paraeducator apprenticeship.
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR and de-escalation training may be required depending on assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist certificated staff in classrooms or learning environments.
• Prepare educational materials and monitor student progress, behavior, and safety.
• Perform routine clerical tasks to support teachers and district staff.
