Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring paraeducators to support students with behavioral needs in the Menifee School District for the school year. You will provide instructional and behavioral support in a K-12 setting, often working 1:1 or in a general classroom role.

Responsibilities include staying on task with students, maintaining calm communication with children and staff, and assisting teachers across multiple classes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
