Job summary

Everett Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator for 1:1 Behavior Support / Resource Room in the Special Education program for 2026-27. This role supports students with diverse needs under the supervision of licensed staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with IEP implementations, addressing academic, behavioral, and adaptive needs, and supporting health and transportation plans as required by each student’s plan. Training may include Right Response depending on program.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Individualized Education Plans (IEP) in school settings.
• Ability to assist with behavior, social, and adaptive needs.
• Strong teamwork with teachers and specialists.

Resource Program:
The Resource program isa service for students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), health impairment, and mild social/emotional behavioral deficits. Resource services provide students with specially designed instruction to be successful in general education classrooms.
