Job summary

Everett Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator for 1:1 Behavior Support and Extended Resource Room within Special Education for the 2026-27 school year. The role supports students with individualized plans and collaborates with the Special Education team to implement behavioral and educational goals.

The position involves assisting with health plans and potential bus duties as needed, with training opportunities such as Right Response depending on student requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of Individualized Educational Plan
• Academic, behavior/social, and/or adaptive needs
• Assisting implementation of Behavior Intervention plan
• Assisting in the health plan, toileting plan, and/or medical delegations depending on students' individualized plan
• May require Right Response training; depending on program and student needs
• May require riding the bus with a student
