Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring multiple paraeducators for the 2026–2027 school year in Bellevue, WA. These full-time, school-based positions support students with classwork, IEP accommodations, and daily routines under a certified teacher.

Responsibilities include assisting students, reinforcing positive behavior, supervising during transitions and meals, preparing materials, and collaborating with teachers while maintaining confidentiality. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), and paid sick leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; district qualifications may apply.
• Ability to follow teacher direction and work effectively with students and school staff.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism.
• Experience working with children or students with disabilities preferred.
