Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• An Associate degree or higher, OR two years of college credit (72 quarter hours).
• Parapro/ParaPro or Pearson Paraprofessional assessment scores required.
• Official documents will be required upon hire. Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with individualized and small group instruction for students with diverse needs.
• Support students with health care needs and development of daily living/behavior skills.
• Assist staff with classroom preparation, retrieval, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Supervise and assist students in library, classrooms, self-contained rooms, playgrounds, or bus loading areas.

Education
