Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree or higher, or 72 college quarter credits.
• Pass ParaPro (score 455+) or Pearson Paraprofessional (score 220+).
• Official documentation required upon hire.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with individualized and small group instruction to students with varied needs.
• Support students with health care needs and help develop daily living and behavioral skills.
• Assist staff with classroom preparation and retrieval, use and storage of equipment and supplies.
• May supervise students in library, classrooms, playground, self-contained classroom, or bus loading.
