Baptist Health in Lexington, KY, seeks a Par Management Specialist to execute demand planning in PAR systems, manage stock replenishment, and optimize stocking to minimize costs while meeting service levels for clinical departments.

Responsibilities include PAR counts, replenishment orders, and ensuring proper disposition of expiring or slow-moving inventory in coordination with Materials leadership.

Competenze

• High School/GED required or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in healthcare materials environment preferred.
• Shift: Monday–Friday 5:00am–1:30pm. Holidays and some weekends required. On call required.

Mansioni

• Stock put away daily in PAR stocking locations and reconcile shipping discrepancies.
• Restock PAR locations with proper rotation and documentation.
• Manage expiring/expired product and coordinate disposition with Materials leadership per legal requirements.
• Manage slow-moving product and coordinate disposition with leadership (return to vendor / sale / donation).
• Process PAR counts for replenishment using handheld device based on MIN/MAX parameters.
• Execute PAR procurement restocking orders with accurate debits to departments.
• Transact debits/credits in ERP for items issued from and returned to inventory.
