Baptist Health Lexington is seeking a Par Management Specialist to oversee PAR stocking, replenishment, and product disposition in a hospital supply environment. You will manage counts, reorder stock, and ensure accurate ERP transactions to support clinical departments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in healthcare materials and experience with PAR processes, handheld devices, and inventory optimization. Weekend shifts are required with the stated schedule.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in healthcare materials environment preferred.
• Experience with PAR replenishment and inventory control is a plus.

Mansioni

• Daily stock put away in PAR stocking locations and reconcile shipping discrepancies.
• Restock PAR locations with proper rotation and documentation.
• Manage expiring/expired product and coordinate disposition with Materials leadership.
• Handle slow-moving products and determine disposition methods to minimize cost.
• Process PAR counts for replenishment using handheld technology and MIN/MAX parameters.
• Execute PAR procurement restocking orders and ensure accurate debits to departments.
• Transact debits/credits in ERP system for issued and returned products.
