Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana is seeking an Inventory Clerk focused on PAR replenishment, patient room cart stocking, and backup for the Mailroom. This role participates in the holiday rotation and may require occasional overtime.

Responsibilities span Warehouse Operations, Distribution, Receiving, and Mail Room tasks, including cycle counts, stock reallocation, shipping receipts in Workday, and ensuring accurate bin locations and expiration dates.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous work history that demonstrates ability to handle high volumes of work and to work as a team is required.
• Two years of work experience in a warehouse or healthcare supply chain environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately put supplies into and issue from inventory with proper bin locations and expirations.
• Advise supervisor on stock outages and maintain stock levels.
• Perform weekly cycle counts with 98% accuracy.
• Handle first/second checks on Intubation Trays, Crash Carts, Latex Free Carts, and C-Section Carts.
• Break down and transport unneeded boxes to compactor/baler.
• Safely transport compressed gas cylinders.
• Record shipping feedback and returns in Workday.
• Maintain PAR locations for cleanliness and accurate placement of supplies.
• Process returns to inventory ensuring appropriate credits and accuracy.
• Label PAR bin locations legibly.
• Reallocate stock between PAR locations during outages.
• Transport supplies to nursing units and resupply nurse carts.
• Sign for shipments and inspect for damage; document issues.
• Sort USPS mail and prepare outgoing mail for processing.
• Package, weigh, label, and document items for shipment via carriers.
• Operate postage meter and deliver mail.
• Wear department uniform; maintain zero unreleased requisitions/shipments/receivers daily.
