Job summary

Valmet is seeking a Product Sales Manager for the Paper Process Parts (PEP) in the Southeast Territory. You will develop and implement sales strategies for assigned products, services, and parts while maintaining the COMPASS CRM for account management, visits, quotes, and orders.

The role requires an effective communicator with strong problem solving, planning facilitation, and the ability to train a team. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success and growth in a dynamic

Qualifications

Experience using CRM systems (COMPASS) to manage territory accounts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for client interactions.
Ability to develop and deliver training for a team and stakeholders.
Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and manage long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential customers and establish long-term relationships.
Provide technical and commercial support and solutions to customers and prospects.
Lead day-to-day commercial negotiations and discussions for products and services.
Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, engineering, product managers, global supply, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for product improvements.
