First Quality Tissue, SE LLC in Anderson, SC, seeks an Operations Maintenance Coordinator for our paper facility. You will coordinate maintenance activities, promote safety, manage work orders, and troubleshoot equipment to support production and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of INFOR or other CMMS.
• SAP and Microsoft Project knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety-first culture across the maintenance team.
• Own WO approvals and backlog management.
• Plan weekly scheduling of work orders with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and coordinate repairs.
• Mentor Maintenance Lead and support project engineering.
• Ensure equipment reliability and quality of repairs.
• Liaise between operations and maintenance.
