Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with analysis, feasibility studies, and controls systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements to raise efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support for converting machines to improve efficiencies.
• Plan and execute trials, document results, and validate equipment.
• Develop procedures and engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure product compliance.
• Apply lean manufacturing to improve quality and reliability.
